Dettori to retire from US race-riding this weekend
FRANKIE DETTORI last night announced he is to bring his legendary career to an end after the Breeders’ Cup at Del Mar - and this time he means it.
The Italian shocked the racing world in December 2022 when he revealed his plans to quit the saddle at the end of the following season — only to perform a U-turn and continue riding in America.
