DANISH PASTING HAS ANGE STILL HUNGRY FOR WIN

ANGE POSTECOGLOU is still chasing his first win as Nottingham Forest boss after a damaging defeat to FC Midtjylland on a night the City Ground had waited almost 30 years for.

Not since 1996 had Forest played European football on home turf. They lost 5-1 to Bayern Munich in the UEFA Cup quarterfinals on that occasion and were desperate to ensure a better outcome this time around.

Sadly, they'd have been disappointed.

After a difficult start in the Forest hot-seat, Postecoglou saw his side twice concede to set-pieces, which would again cost them after the weekend defeat to Sunderland.

Even a Chris Wood penalty in stoppage-time was not enough to save Forest after Valdemar Byskov had sealed a huge victory for the visitors moments earlier.
