PANUTCHE CAMARA insists he won't be left out of breath by Dundee United’s exertions at home and abroad thanks to his impressive stamina levels.
Even though it’s only mid-August, the Tangerines are already gearing up for their fourth European fixture tonight, with their Conference League qualifier against Rapid Vienna finely poised following last week’s 2-2 draw in the first leg in Austria.
It could be argued that United’s continental commitments have taken a toll on their domestic form, with the first two Premiership games yielding just a single point.
The relentless schedule also sees Jim Goodwin’s side begin their Premier Sports Cup campaign at Kilmarnock on Sunday, but energetic midfielder Camara is adamant he'll cope just fine.
The 28-year-old Guinea-Bissau international has injected power and pace into the squad since joining from Crawley Town this summer.
Camara said: “Yeah, I think that’s my big strength in football.
“T can run all day, no problem for me. I can run 12km every week, it’s no problem.”
