OFFICE romances are rarely encouraged by companies, with many having strict HR policies in place that require those involved to declare their relationships.

Because of this, many people opt to keep their relationships under wraps as much as possible.

This becomes even more complicated when one of the workers involved in an office romance is already married.

Even worse if both of them are married.

This is the situation that Natalie Dawson was made aware of, and without giving it a second thought, she fired her two employees immediately.

Dawson, who is the co-founder and president of a US company, Cardone Ventures, went viral after she went public with her decision.
