Police waiming over off- road bike riders

CHESHIRE Police has issued a Community Protection Warning (CPW) on land in Higher Walton after repeated reports of anti-social behaviour involving off-road motor- cyclists.

In September 2025, local officers began receiving multiple reports of land in Daresbury and Moore being used by motorcyclists riding in an antisocial manner, causing alarm, distress and disruption to residents and nearby businesses.

The activity continued for a number of months and the number of motorbikes rose significantly.

Residents regularly reported criminal behaviour at the site, as well as dangerous riding on surrounding roads by people travelling to and from the area.
