Commemorating VE Day anniversary

A VE Day breakfast was enjoyed by 25 veterans and partners from Rossendale at Haslingden Community Link.
Rossendale councillor Anne Cheetham helped charity Veterans in Communities to obtain a grant from Lancashire County Council to ensure the attendees were well fed with a 'full English' for just £2.
As well as veterans, a serving regular attended.
