Uppal Neuro Hospital creates awareness about stroke through cyclothon Over 300 cyclists give message about prevention of stroke

Uppal Neuro Hospital located in Rani Ka Bagh organized a cyclothon to celebrate World Stroke Awareness Month.The objective of this program was to create awareness about stroke and promote fitness.
Over 300 cyclists participated in the cyclothon. Program Councilor Kriti Arora, Vishal Wadhawan (Assistant Commissioner, Corporation), Dr. Ashok Uppal, Dr. Salil Uppal, and Dr. Shikhil Uppal flagged off the cyclothon.Dr. Ashok Uppal, founder of the hospital, said that the main objective of the cyclothon is to create awareness about the prevention of serious diseases like stroke.
He said that regular exercise or cycling for 15-20 minutes every day, or engaging in any kind of sport or physical activity, is the simplest and most effective way to prevent these serious diseases.
