Thaver, 32, a mother of one, was last seen on March 22 at a petrol station in Roseneath. Her decomposing body was subsequently found in dense bushes.

On April 4, her sister positively identified her by her tattoos, and last Tuesday Thaver's boyfriend was arrested by detectives from the Umkomaas police station.
