THE much-hype sequel in the Yashraj Films Spy Universe series is only for action lovers to get their adrenalin pumping.

The movie is an almost nonstop sequence of the “one man kills scores of heavily-armed opponents” that is typical of Bollywood action movies, but this time extremely unbelievable. It has a convoluted plot that jumps all over the place.

There is a secret global gang called Kali, with members from half a dozen countries that employ assassins, whom they then also want to get killed afterwards.

There is also a subplot of a childhood friendship that goes sour and then reconciles in an incredulous way; and like its predecessor, the climax sets the scene for a War 3, which is going to be difficult to swallow after this one.
