NPA’s failures highlighted in Omotoso case

FOLLOWING the grave miscarriage of justice in the recent Timothy Omotoso case, the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has further egg on its shameful face with former Free State Premier, Ace Magashule’s personal assistant, M Cholota, walking free after her extradition from the US was deemed to be unlawful.
Much of the ineptitude and gross shoddiness of the underperforming NPA is a sad reflection of its head Shamila Batohi, the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
