An inquiry begins this week to decide whether a breach of planning regulations has taken place at a site in Fareham.

The Planning Inspectorate is to consider an appeal against an enforcement notice issued by Fareham Borough Council, which seeks to clear land at 237 Segensworth Road to make way for homes. Bartley Balmoral Limited is appealing against the council's decision to serve the notice on land near the A27 Segensworth Road roundabout.
