CULINARY EMPOWERMENT

Culinary visionary Tsakani Mpofu has officially relaunched TK's Hospitality in Seshego township, reigniting her mission to empower youth and survivors of genderbased violence (GBV) through accredited hospitality training.

Originally founded in 2009 as 'National Cookery', the programme successfully trained hundreds of young people across Limpopo before closing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Today, Mpofu has revived the initiative under a new banner with a renewed focus on skills development, entrepreneurship, and social impact.

Now operating under a new name, TK's Hospitality is fully accredited by QCTO, CATHSSETA, and the South African Chefs Association.

"For us, training is not just about cooking; it's about healing, restoration, and creating futures," says Tsakani Mpofu, founder of TK's Hospitality.

A Warm Welcome for New Students
