Praise for nursery's 'heart-warming' report
Paisley Daily Express
|August 26, 2025
Renfrewshire councillors have paid tribute to a Paisley nursery as the "heartwarming" results of its inspection were applauded.
-
A team of inspectors from Education Scotland visited Hillview Early Learning and Childcare Centre in May and rated the facility 'good' for both learning, teaching and assessment and securing children's progress.
A number of strengths were highlighted by the watchdog, including children showing “high levels of respect and kindness” to one another, a “warm nurturing ethos” and staff who value the children and their families.
It was also noted children's rights are central to the work of the centre and senior leaders consistently track and monitor children's progress.
