Connor will be 'Forever 14' as tributes paid to Paisley pupil

A schoolboy who tragically died in Paisley has been named locally.

Connor Gray, 14, sadly passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 26.

He had been a pupil of Paisley Grammar School and played football with Hillwood Football Club Whites and St Peter's FC.

Hillwood Football Club paid tribute to their young player on social media on Saturday.

A statement reads: “Today, our players and coaches stood together for a minute's silence in memory of 14-year-old Connor Gray. “A young life gone far too soon.

“Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Connor's family, friends and teammates.”
