Artwork created by Renfrewshire school children has gone on display to staff and visitors at Paisley's Royal Alexandra Hospital [RAH].

The Castlehead High School exhibition features screen-printed posters and abstract collages using historical imagery from the local area contrasted with words and phrases of action.

The pupils also created drawings which explored their fine art skills and techniques.

Their artwork was made in partnership with Glasgow School of Art (GSA) and Jupiter Artland’s Jupiter+ programme.

They were given free access to an art studio run by Jupiter+ for six months as well as high-quality materials and specialist screen printing resources.

Youngsters recently attended the RAH to see their work on display at a special launch event in the public dining room.
