Man and woman arrested over alleged drug supply offences

TWO people have been arrested for alleged drugs offences after information was passed on to police by members of the community.
Officers from the West Lancashire Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out a raid at a property in Hawksclough on Monday (June 23) morning. A man and a woman were both arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug.
Police seized a number of items from the property including mobile phones and SIM cards as well as a "large quantity" of substances suspected of being Class A drugs.
