Min Naik reviews rural drinking water projects

To speed up rural water supply and guarantee pure drinking water in every household, Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water Minister Rabinarayan Naik Tuesday reviewed ongoing projects at a meeting in the conference hall of the State Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Institution. The minister conducted a detailed review of all ongoing drinking water projects across the state.
It was informed at the meeting that 18 of the state’s 207 rural drinking water projects have been completed, while work on the remaining projects is being expedited with regular monitoring. To ensure accountability, the minister directed officials to maintain constant supervision and ensure systematic execution.
