Jajpur: Diarrhoea toll rises to 13; 11 cholera cases found

One more person succumbed to diarrhoea in Jajpur Saturday, taking the total number of fatalities due to the infection in the district to 13.
The deceased was identified as Gelhei Patra, 72, a resident of Tarailo village in Uchhabali panchayat under Danagadi block. Meanwhile, 11 of the 62 collected samples have tested positive for cholera, Health officials said Saturday.
