The farmers should follow the instructions issued by the Indian Meteorological department (IMD), advised Agriculture and Farmers' Empowerment Principal Secretary Arabinda Kumar Padhee, while chairing a preparatory meeting on impending rainfall here Wednesday.
The meeting was also attended by Agriculture Director Shubham Saxena, IMD Director Manorama Mohapatra and OUAT Dean Prasanjit Mishra.
