STRIKER CONFIDENT SIDE ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK

- By SARAH CLAPSON

THE progress Nottingham Forest have made under Sean Dyche is of no surprise to striker Chris Wood.

And thanks to a heads up from the front man to his teammates, the same can also be said of Dyche’s quirks. Having worked with the 54-year-old at Burnley, Wood always had confidence his methods would yield results - and he made sure the rest of the Reds squad knew what to expect when he was appointed a couple of months ago.

Dyche is well known for enforcing certain rules on the training ground, with his reputation preceding him when he replaced Ange Postecoglou at the helm. So did Wood have to field plenty of questions from the dressing room when the change in manager was announced?
