AUTOMATIC PROMOTION IS STILL AN OUTSIDE CHANCE
NOTTS County head coach Stuart Maynard and captain Matt Palmer previewed the club's crunch final-day showdown with Doncaster Rovers with automatic promotion still on the cards.
The Magpies must beat Doncaster, who will hope to lift the League Two title at Meadow Lane, if they want a chance at promotion on the final day, needing Bradford City to lose and Walsall to drop points also.
With the play-offs already secured, full focus for Notts is on giving the best account of themselves in this game, making sure, at the very least, they go into the games that could follow in the best place as a team.
"Saturday is like a cup final," said Maynard.
"We just have to take care of our own business.
"We know what is required; we have to win to give ourselves that opportunity.
