Rider arrested after crashing into a police car

A MAN has been arrested after a crash involving a police car and an electric bike.

A cordon was put up in St Ann's, near the Shell petrol station, on Thursday afternoon after the collision in Marmion Road at about 3.15pm.
Nottinghamshire Police said the rider of the bike was taken to Queen's Medical Centre with a suspected broken leg. An officer was also taken to hospital for a precautionary check-up.
