Reds wait for verdict on Savona injury and Victor out for rest of campaign

NICOLO Savona was set to have a knee injury assessed yesterday, with Nottingham Forest head coach Sean Dyche uncertain how long the defender could be sidelined for.

The fullback is “unlikely” to be involved in tonight's Europa League clash against Ferencvaros at the City Ground (8pm).
He was an unused substitute in Sunday's 2-0 win away against Brentford but did not take part in training with his teammates yesterday ahead of the midweek game.
The Reds are already without long-term absentee Chris Wood. Meanwhile, goalkeeper John Victor is expected to miss the rest of the season following surgery after he sustained a knee injury against Aston Villa earlier this month.
