Police confirm stalker Belfield's news about a death in prison

EX-BBC RADIO PRESENTER EXPECTS JAIL RETURN
LEICESTERSHIRE Police have confirmed convicted stalker Alex Belfield's claim that a prisoner at Fosse Way Prison died after an assault.
Dennis Green, 42, was taken to hospital after the assault at around 4.45pm on August 6.
Damien Ward, 36, of Fosse Way Prison, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent and remanded into custody.
Belfield says it is "very likely" he will be thrown back in prison after he revealed news of the death in a YouTube video. Belfield, jailed in September 2022 over a "vicious and continued campaign of abuse" against four people, was released from prison in June on licence conditions.
