Leaky defence, misfiring attack and Morgan mystery to solve for boss

Tied to the need to plug a porous defence is the pressing matter of coping with set-pieces.

Postecoglou made clear during his time at Spurs that he "wasn't interested" in their vulnerability at dead-ball situations.

He clearly hadn't changed his mind by the time he rocked up at the City Ground. At times, the Reds were all over the place at free-kicks and corners - and it proved costly.

They conceded 11 goals from set-pieces under Postecoglou. That is more than twice as many as any other Premier League side during the same period.

Dead-balls were a problem for Forest during the early days of their return to the Premier League, when Steve Cooper was at the helm. Nuno Espirito Santo addressed the problem last season, only for that good work to be undone.

Get front line firing

It is not just at the back end of the pitch where Dyche must get the Reds to click. The same applies in front of goal.

Forest have drawn a blank in three of their last four games. They found the back of the net only seven times under Postecoglou.
