Jailed: Thief who stole money and cash machine parts

A THIEF who stole money and parts of a cash machine has been jailed.

Igor Murzac, 45, was driving a Mercedes on Queens Drive, Dunkirk, when he was pulled over by police at around 9.35pm on Tuesday, March 18.

As well as cash in the centre console, officers also discovered a rucksack containing plastic cash blockers used to skim cash from ATMs.

Double-sided tape was also found in the boot of the vehicle, which had been used during an incident in which it was reported a cash machine had been tampered with on Bracebridge Drive, Bilborough, earlier the same evening.
