Couple closing thriving cafe after nine years' trade

A CAFE that has gone from strength to strength for nine years is to close.

Clare Reaney and partner Daniel Nightingale have announced that Woodberry Teahouse Cafe and Gift Shop will be shutting down at the end of the month "after much thought" and a "heavy heart".

Revealing the decision on the cafe's Facebook page, the owners said: “We've made it through a pandemic, personal and staff bereavements, a new addition to our family and a cost of living crisis but now feel it's time to hang up our hats, at least for a little while.
