Company that made chocolate pizzas set for liquidation

A NOTTINGHAMSHIRE chocolatiers has ceased trading after nearly two decades in business.

The Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Co, which had made solid Belgian chocolate pizzas since 2007, recently ceased trading, and liquidators could be appointed in the coming days to wind up the company.

"The Gourmet Chocolate Pizza Co has ceased trading, and would like to thank you for your custom over the years. We wish all our customers all the best in 2026," the Cotgrave firm's website now reads.

The artisan chocolatier, which had been based at Colliers Business Park in Rushcliffe and employed an average of 18 people last year, could be placed into liquidation at a meeting of creditors tomorrow, according to the London Gazette.
