Camera drone near bedroom claims probed

POLICE have issued a warning to drone users after a woman reported spotting one hovering outside her bedroom window.

Police said they were investigating "suspicious activity" involving a drone at an address in Byron Street, Daybrook.

The woman took to social media to complain about a man flying the aircraft outside her window at about 7pm on Thursday, June 5.

"The drone's camera was clearly pointed directly at us," she wrote on a community Facebook page.
