JUDGE SAYS THERE WAS 'HIGH RISK OF FUTURE HARMFUL BEHAVIOUR'
A RAPIST from Nottingham who carried out "a campaign of sexual violence" against two teenagers has been jailed.
Nottingham Crown Court heard how Jordan Hutchinson committed the attacks on the young victims "when they were at their most vulnerable" and when he, himself, was aged 18 to 19.
After both of them found the bravery to make their complaints to the police about what the now 24-year-old, of Clifton, had done to them, he denied everything and took his case to trial.
This meant both his victims had to relive their ordeals in front of a jury.
But, having heard all of the evidence, the jury believed the women's version of events, and found him guilty of raping them both as well as other sexual offences including sexual assault and assault by penetration.
Facing their abuser, who is soon to be a father, in court, both of them bravely fought back tears as they told of the lasting effects the sex attacks have had on them.
Imposing the prison sentence, Judge Michael Auty KC said: "I find both victims to be courageous, intelligent, articulate and, above all, truthful.
"Imagine for one moment what would have happened if you had given them the respect and dignity that all women are entitled to.
