NCLT Clears Adani Cement Merger

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the merger of Adani Cementation with Ambuja Cements, which will help to consolidate Adani Group's cement business under one unit and bring synergistic benefits.

Earlier in June 2024, Gautam Adani-led group announced a merger and ownership restructuring of its cement assets, which are housed under Ambuja Cements and Adani Cementati
