Nazara Acquires Curve Games for ₹247 Cr

By bringing UK-based Curve into its portfolio, Nazara gains access to new platforms, genres, key geographies
Gaming company Nazara Technologies Ltd on Tuesday said it has acquired Curve Digital Entertainment Ltd (Curve Games), a UK-based publisher of PC and console games, for ₹247 crore.
The acquisition of 100% ownership in Curve Digital Entertainment was carried out by Nazara Technologies UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Indian gaming company, and will be completed in 10 working days, Nazara said in a regulatory filing.
