UltraTech Misses Q4 Profit Estimates

UltraTech Cement, India's biggest cement maker by capacity, reported fourth-quarter profit below market expectations on Monday, pressured by weak pricing and higher costs.

The company's consolidated net profit came in at ₹2,482 crore in the three months ended 31 March, compared with analysts' average estimate of ₹2,631 crore, according to data compiled by LSEG.
