NIA arrests two for sheltering Pahalgam attackers linked to LeT

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday announced the arrest of two individuals accused of sheltering the terrorists responsible for the deadly attack in Pahalgam that claimed 26 lives in April.
The arrested men have been identified as Parvaiz Ahmad Jothar, a resident of Batkote, and Bashir Ahmad Jothar from Hill Park, Pahalgam. According to the NIA, both have admitted to having hosted the three armed assailants in a hut located in Hill Park ahead of the massacre.
"They provided the attackers with food, shelter, and logistical support at a seasonal dhok," the agency said in a statement. "The accused have revealed that the terrorists were Pakistani nationals linked to the banned outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba."
