MOSCOW/NEW DELHI: The 21st session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Military and Military Technical Cooperation (IRIGC-M&MTC) took place in Moscow on Tuesday.
It emphasized strengthening the robust strategic partnership between the two nations, with a particular emphasis on exploring new avenues for collaboration in defence and military technology.
