VP Sara mum on possible reconciliation with PBBM

Stressing that the country's problems are more important than personal matters, Vice President Sara Duterte refused to comment on President Marcos' remarks that he would want to reconcile with her family.

"Unang-una, hindi muna siguro ako magsalita about reconciliation dahil hindi naman mahalaga siguro ang mga personal na problema ng mga tao. Ang mas mahalaga is iyong taumbayan at iyong bayan natin (Firstly, I will not talk about a reconciliation because our personal problems are not important. What's more important is the people and our country)," she told reporters and supporters that gathered outside the Intentional Criminal Court (ICC) detention facility in The Hague on Friday, May 30.

The Vice President was there with her mother, Elizabeth Zimmerman, to visit former president Rodrigo Duterte.
