Hair may be a person’s crowning glory, but in the Philippines, it can also be the key to a brighter future. This is very reason why beauty giant L’Oréal Philippines, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) have come together to transform hairdressing from a simple trade into a world-class profession, and to empower young Filipinos to turn their creativity into a sustainable livelihood.

These organizations had officially sealed their partnership in an event held last Sept. 23, 2025, at L’Oréal Academy, The Podium West Tower Ortigas Center in Mandaluyong City.
