Solons behind flood control scam to be exposed amid rising leptospirosis cases

Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso issued an urgent call for accountability in the city's flood control and waste management efforts in the wake of rising cases of leptospirosis in the city.

In a meeting with department heads and bureau directors, Domagoso expressed his frustration over several flood control projects that have failed to yield results despite a massive P14 billion budget allocation.
