Man stabs grandma to death in Pangasinan

A 39-year-old man stabbed his grandmother to death then himself in Barangay Alacan here on Monday, July 7.
Police identified the victim as Soledad, 80.
Soledad sustained multiple stab wounds in the chest inflicted by her grandson, Teodoro.
The suspect fled and was later found dead in a rice field, about one kilometer away, with a self-inflicted throat wound and holding a bladed weapon.
