Escolarian Marketing Management alumnae share the CEU advantage

Marketing management is a broad field that encompasses most aspects of commerce—sales, advertising, distribution, and product development.

And while anyone can run a business and engage in marketing, a degree from a trusted institution can give someone the edge needed in a competitive field.

The competitive advantage of a degree

Ma. Aurora Pastolero-David, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Marketing Management graduate of Centro Escolar University (CEU), found motivation in pursuing the degree because of her father's experience. Her father works as a salesman but his career growth was limited by the lack of a diploma. "He always reminded me that formal education is the key to building a successful career," she shares. Taking that to heart, she chose to pursue a degree to give her the competitive advantage to widen her career growth opportunities.

After graduating, she worked as a marketing associate for Megaworld and is now the senior manager for Special Projects and Business Development. She attributes her success to the university that "...shaped me into the professional I am today by instilling in me the values of excellence, integrity, and love for our nation," adding that CEU's commitment to academic rigor and ethical leadership pushes her to strive for the highest standards.
