Former Department of Finance (DOF) chief Carlos G. Dominguez III has returned to the corporate sector after being elected as one of the independent directors of Yuchengco-led Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC).
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (RCBC), the bank said Dominguez was also appointed as the RCBC board of directors’ chairperson of the related-party transaction and anti-money laundering committees, and member of the corporate governance and nominations committee.
