Federal Land Inc. kicks off the holidays in Marikina with the launch of a new FIFA-standard football field, made possible with the city's support and designed to bring the community together.

The new football field is envisioned as a central hub for sports, recreation, and community bonding in Marikina. Designed to promote active living and teamwork, it also serves as a venue for local events and tournamentsreflecting the city's commitment to youth development, wellness, and the creation of a vibrant, inclusive community.

Originally planned to provide residents with more accessible public spaces, it has now become a landmark that inspires athletic growth, strengthens community ties, and supports the city's long-term vision of a healthier, more engaged Marikeño community, reflecting Federal Land's vision to provide a productive and holistic living experience.

The kickoff

On November 26, 2025, the Marikina Town Center Football Field Ceremonial Launch officially kicked off, opening the field to the public. The event marks another milestone in Federal Land Communities' ongoing efforts to build vibrant, well-rounded neighborhoods that bring people together.

The new FIFA-standard turf, together with the food park and other open community spaces, reflects Federal Land's vision of creating destinations where residents can play, gather, and enjoy shared experiences. These amenities are designed to enrich the daily life of the existing community and foster stronger connections among families, athletes, and visitors.
