Town's homes among fastest to sell

A town in Greater Manchester has been named amongst the fastest-selling property markets in the north west, new data from Zoopla shows.

The property site also said the north west as a whole is currently the UK's strongest performing housing market.

Homes in the region are spending an average of 27 days on the market before a sale is agreed, four days faster than the time it takes to sell a home in the rest of England and Wales.
