CCTV appeal after spate of robberies from shops

Store workers injured in multiple incidents

MERSEYSIDE Police have issued CCTV images of four people detectives would like to speak to following a number of unrelated robberies in Merseyside.

The four incidents are reported to have taken place in shops across the region, and in each case staff have been threatened, pushed or injured by offenders.

Shortly before 7pm on April 2, a man was reported to have stolen a box of chocolates from Asda in Huyton Lane, injuring the hand punched, kicked and pulled the hair of the staff member.
