BOXING Callum Smith remains focused on becoming a two-weight world champion after revealing he is set to fight David Morrell at the start of next year.
BOXING Callum Smith remains focused on becoming a two-weight world champion after revealing he is set to fight David Morrell at the start of next year.
It was confirmed back in August that Smith (picture right) had been ordered to defend his WBO ‘interim’ light-heavyweight title against Morrell.
And providing an update on a possible date over the weekend, he revealed: ‘Jan, Feb 2026 it's supposed to happen. It’s got to be my next fight. It's been ordered by the WBO.
