Dorsz shines bright at Blackpool Lights with five golds

There was plenty of local interest at the Blackpool Lights meet over the weekend with a plethora of entries from the City of Liverpool.

Niko Dorsz was in great form taking five golds, a silver and a bronze, with Sasha McNabb also claiming five golds and a silver. Five golds, also, for Tess Coles including personal bests in the 200m individual medley and 200m freestyle.

Layla Keeble returned home with four golds and a silver and Nalika Mortimer three golds, two silvers and three bronze.

Anthony Wawrzyniak led the Halton team, with gold in the 200m backstroke and 100m butterfly, both in personal best times.
