A MAN was due to appear in court today accused of making explosive substances.
-
Lukas Prokop faces charges relating to alleged incidents during a three-week period.
The 39-year-old, of Glazebrook Road, New Parks, Leicester, is accused of 12 counts of making explosive substances for an unlawful purpose.
