Leicester must solve problems quicker to reach top four

It was a morale-sapping loss for Harlequins as they surrendered their biggest ever lead in the Premiership/ PREM, while Leicester's turnaround sent a dispirited halftime crowd home happy with a five league points victory.

So, why such a change? Obviously a number of factors come into play.

In the first half, Leicester's protection and presentation of the ball at the breakdown simply wasn’t good enough. Whether legally or not, Harlequins were successful in spoiling possession, leading to poor red zone efficiency and mistakes all over the park.

Geoff Parling's decision to make early changes from his bench definitely increased the pace and energy levels of Leicester.
