Pub duo's new life running their own restaurant

Brian and Liz Luxton, from Crossroads Bistro

After running The Wheatsheaf, in Water Lane, Preston, for 16 years, Brian and Liz Luxton moved to Crossroads Bistro, in Tulketh Brow.

The building was converted from a lighting shop in 2023 and has already housed two different restaurants - first Clockwork Bistro and then Thai Ends.

Brian and Liz, who live off Lightfoot Lane, said the dream of running their own restaurant had been a long-held ambition for them.
