Teacup (8 episodes, starts streaming from April 18 exclusively on Paramount+)
-
Several people converge on a remote Texas ranch to battle a terrifying otherworldly threat in an apocalyptic horror inspired by Robert McCammon's best-selling novel Stinger.
Veterinarian Maggie Chenoweth (Yvonne Strahovski) and her carpenter husband James (Scott Speedman) live in the countryside with their children Meryl (Emilie Bierre) and Arlo (Caleb Dolden) and James' mother Ellen (Kathy Baker), who has multiple sclerosis. They work the property with the help of experienced rancher Ruben Shanley (Chaske Spencer), who has a wife Valeria (Diany Rodriguez) and son Nicholas (Luciano Leroux). Arlo goes missing and returns with an ominous message for his mother: something is coming that kills everything its path and they must hide now to survive.
Four episodes cast an air of mystery this week and subsequent chapters are available on Fridays.
Etoile (8 episodes, streaming from April 24 exclusively on Prime Video)
